  • Hike for Hospice Dufferin and Butterfly Release 2023
    Jun 11, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
    Mono, 500 Monora Park Rd, Mono, ON L9W 6S3, Canada
    Hike for Hospice Dufferin and Butterfly Release is a wonderful way to give back to your community and raise funds in support of Hospice Dufferin. The funds will aid Hospice Dufferin in continuing to offer services and support to palliative care patients in the Dufferin County community.

What is Pallitive Care?

A Philosophy of care for patients and families facing a life-limiting, starting at diagnosis. It can occur at
any time from diagnosis to end-of-life care.

Dying, caregiving and grieving are three of life's greatest challenges and deserve compassionate, caring support. Our services are available at no cost in client's homes, at the hospital, or in our office.
