About the Event
Hike for Hospice Dufferin and Butterfly Release is a wonderful way to give back to your community and raise funds in support of Hospice Dufferin.
The funds will aid Hospice Dufferin in continuing to offer services and support to palliative care patients in the Dufferin County community.
This year's Hike will be at Monora Park Pavillion and is being held in conjunction with our Butterfly Release.
You don't have to purchase a butterfly to participate in our Hike.
Enjoy a morning, and afternoon with nature, walking and remembering those we love.
Monora Park is a beautiful backdrop, to enjoy nature, peace, and tranquility.
The Hike for Hospice Palliative Care is a unique national fundraising event across Canada that brings together organizations working in hospice palliative care to raise funds and awareness in their community!
Each year, thousands of ‘hikers’ will participate in events put on by their local hospice palliative care organizations. All funds raised during the Hike for Hospice Palliative Care stay within the community in which they were raised.
