Hospice is not a place - it is a concept of care which is designed to provide comfort and support to clients and their families who face a life-threatening illness or bereavement.

Hospice Dufferin was incorporated as a not-for-profit agency in 1998 and is supported primarily through private donations with additional funding from the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. Our services are available throughout Dufferin County in the home, hospital or in our facility. Hospice Dufferin services are provided by trained volunteers and supported by staff.
