Circle Day Program

A weekly activity and therapy based program for men and women over 18 years of age who are living with a life threatening illness designed to provide activities and education in a friendly, supportive environment. Participants must be cognitive, mobile with aid or a wheelchair and able to manage their own personal care.

The Circle Day Program is held weekly on Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Hospice Dufferin House.

One-on-One Volunteer Support

We offer individual visits and phone calls providing ongoing emotional and mental support for clients, family members and other caregivers. Simple comfort measures and relief for caregivers are also part of our service.

Linkages & Referrals

Hospice Dufferin provides clients and family members with linkages to other service providers who will be able to assist.
